I haven't tapped it, but apparently Pioneer Square, often referred to as downtown Portland's living room, now sports free Wi-Fi wireless internet access. Combine that with the generally unknown-about Alaska Airlines eTicket kiosk underground the square and you've got a pretty useful block.
