I feel like I am at Lancaster, whilst everyone else has left to party. Even the janitor, a nice chap, has come and gone. The lights from what little traffic is out dances past my window. Have I been productive? Me thinks so. Have I been productive enough? Me hopes so.
What I do know is that finding Classic FM, broadcasting live from the UK at this hour of night, has brought much joy to my situation. It's easily my favorite station in the whole world for studying or working. So soothing. So comforting. So reassuring.
But, alas, my Windows Media Player streaming music connection just went out -- a sure sign I should call it a night. Farewell.
Oh - and I even ordered Classic FM's new Smooth Classics for Rough Days on a complete whim. Ah, the joys of international e-commerce. Their fulfillment provider indicates I should receive the CD in "28 working days." I can wait.
The best part? Seeing this string after I checked out: Your trolley is empty. How British! :)
