Q. What is this site about?
Byline: Bryce is the real-time companion to WebCentreBP, accessible online at WebBP.net. Bryce is currently experimenting with byline: bryce as an effective vehicle to publish news and commentary about the world in a timely manner, culled primarily from his reading online. Above all, this site hopes to demonstrate the true possiblity of the the Web, the dream held by Tim Berners Lee and so frequently ignored on today's commercial sites: the web is about every idea, every resource, every thing having a permanent address so that others can refer to it, reference it, read it, discuss it and above all benefit from it. In this line of thinking, then, you can rest assured that most links on this site will be out-bound. We aim to link to the best and most stimulating content we discover, sharing the wealth we find with you for our collective benefit. Enjoy!
Q. Can I support your cause?
Absolutely! I always appreciate hearing words of support from regular readers. If you care to support the site in other ways, you may do so via this button:
Q. How can I contact Bryce?
I enjoy hearing from readers, peers and colleagues so I encourage you to write. You may do so via email at info@webbp.net. While I can not promise a personal reply due to the volumes of mail I sometimes receive, I will read your message. Thank you.
Q. What happened to WebBP.net?
WebCentreBP, the flagship of WebBP.net, is currently undergoing a strategic makeover and will be relaunched later this year. For those of you who have been with me since February 1995, when I first launched the modest beginnings of WebBP, I want to thank you for your continued interest and support. In the interim, I hope you find the content of bryce.weblogs.com engaging.
Q. Can I make suggestions for the new WebBP?
Absolutely. Part of the reason behind the WebBP redesign is to make it more relevant and useful to your life. So if you've got an idea you'd like to see considered for the new WebBP, please share it here.
