Wow. The Time Is Now. (Wordwide Leadership Conference)

I just got home from the 5th Annual Worldwide Leadership Conference with speakers such as Tom Peters and Stephen Covey, among others. As I quickly pen these lines, it is sunny outside and the world has never looked brighter. We are SO LUCKY to be living in this age, to be alive TODAY!!! We are truly in the beginning stages of reinventing the world. It is an incredible time, compared to the transition between feudalism and parliamentary democracy brought on the by the printing press. There is a huge opportunity for leadership -- new leadership today. Together, we can change the world. Reconnect with our values. Remember our past. Understand the present. And build the future. Focus on customers, on each other, on our talent and abilities and capacity to leave a legacy. Let's do it!
